freshly baked bread, butter and sea salt

 

salmon and citrus

salmon cured in a citrus marinade, herb salad and olive oil

 

zeeland mussels

fresh mussels cooked with cider, onion, garlic and parsley

 

cod and cauliflower

pan fried cod, pearl barley and cauliflower risotto, fresh herbs and lemon

 

chocolate orange

dark chocolate mousse with fresh orange
